Narration is a paramount aspect of my work. I am continuously inspired by the struggle of ordinary individuals coping in our evolving world &#8211; Spoken word provides me with a platform to communicate pure emotion and attain the emotional engagement I strive for through my words and rhythm. It allows me to express a story in a way that encourages a deeper understanding and intimacy of ideas and concepts that stem from my personal experiences, and ultimately empower the listener.<br \/>\ninstagram: scriptofamahaila<\/p>\n<p><em>The Poetry Shed<\/em> at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucl.ac.uk\/slade\/\">Slade School of Fine Art<\/a>, UCL, is an on-line resource and forum for creative writing across the School.
